Patient Services Specialist, Tecumseh

Job Description FYidoctors Tecumseh clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is full‑time, 30–40 hours per week, and the clinic operates Monday through Saturday.

What You’ll Do

Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check‑in and check‑out, and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.

Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care.

Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.

Manage eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.

What You Bring

Previous retail experience is considered an asset.

Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional experiences.

A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.

$18.92

$19.96
