Experienced CMM Operator Wanted, Tecumseh

Are you an experienced CMM Operator? Omega Tool Corp is seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time role, responsible for precision measurement and inspection of tooling elements, ensuring top-tier quality for our clients.

This position requires collaboration with the Manufacturing Management team and TBM Unit Managers to ensure that resources effectively meet production demands. You will inspect both dimensional accuracy and process quality, adhering to strict ISO and IATF standards while executing health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:• Create and inspect CMM programs to assess quality • Perform detailed dimensional and quality inspections • Import and inspect models from various formats • Run, program, and troubleshoot optical scanning inspections • Maintain internal calibration of tools and equipment

Requirements:• 2-3 years quality control experience in manufacturing • Familiar with GD&T and SPC methodologies• Strong computer skills, particularly with inspection software • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills • Capability of adapting to changes positively
