Key Responsibilities:• Supervise technical and staffing operations within budget • Collaborate with radiologists on urgent requisitions • Facilitate departmental quality improvement initiatives • Evaluate staff performance and implement training • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements:• Certification with CAMRT essential • Minimum four years of relevant experience • Expertise in radiology information systems • Proven leadership and mentoring skills • Competence in developing quality protocols
