Norbec is searching for a hands-on Engineering Department Manager to oversee the Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering functions as they expand their new 150,000 ft² facility. This role requires a strategic engineering leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience and proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies. You will have a direct impact on project execution, team management, and ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering teams to meet plant objectives • Oversee project documentation preparation and review • Provide leadership in design, construction, and installation activities • Own capital project planning, schedules, and execution• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field • 10 years of experience in manufacturing processes • Knowledge of PLCs and continuous improvement methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI • Prior experience with MRP/ERP systems
