Reporting to the Chef, this role requires performing various kitchen tasks, maintaining ingredient organization, and preparing meals to high standards. You'll be involved in every aspect of cooking, from washing vegetables to operating equipment, ensuring safety and freshness throughout. Long hours in a dynamic setting demand physical stamina and concentration.

Key Responsibilities:• Execute routine kitchen duties including cleaning and organizing • Prepare cooking ingredients for efficient service • Maintain an organized and sanitized workstation • Operate kitchen tools and equipment following safety standards • Ensure freshness and quality of menu items

Requirements:• Capable of performing essential kitchen tasks • Willing to obtain Safe Food Handling certificate • Effective communication skills in English • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods • Availability to work varying shifts including evenings
