Key Responsibilities:• Lead the evaluation and improvement of senior recreation programs • Organize and facilitate training for volunteers and staff • Establish community group collaborations to enhance offerings • Manage recreation documentation and safety protocols • Assist with marketing initiatives topromote programs

Requirements:• Degree in Program Coordination or related fields • Minimum three years of relevant programming experience • Strong written and oral communication abilities • Knowledge of safety regulations in recreation • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications needed
