Operator/Loader, Middlesex (Clinton)

We are seeking an Operator/Loader to support our Nu-Tec team in Putnam. This role plays an important part in supporting daily plant operations, product handling, packaging, and shipping activities while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily plant operations alongside the Plant Supervisor

Load, unload, package, stack, and move products safely and efficiently

Operate forklifts and palletizing equipment as required

Assist with receiving, blending, packaging, and production line activities

Review shipping documents and label products accurately

Perform routine cleanup, housekeeping, and basic site maintenance

Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including PPE requirements

Maintain a professional attitude with customers, drivers, vendors, and team members

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

About You:

Hard‑working with a willingness to take direction

Ability to lift 25kg continuously

Forklift experience is an asset or willingness to obtain in‑house forklift certification

Experience in manufacturing, production, agriculture, or plant operations is considered an asset

Must follow all safety rules and regulations

Ability to work safely and effectively with all team members
