Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is hiring a Maintenance Millwright for a permanent, full‑time position. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for routine/preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing and packaging equipment. Schedule: Rotating nights&afternoons, 5 x 8‑hour shifts (Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm – 7:00am, Monday to Friday 11:00pm – 7:00am, Sunday to Thursday 3:00pm – 11:00pm). Flexibility for day/evening shifts is required. Wage: Starts at $35.75 per hour with two salary increases in the first year, targeting $44.70 per hour. Offers vary with experience, education, skills, and training.Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment. Diagnose and repair equipment during breakdown situations. Install and modify equipment as required. Repair parts in shop. Work in a processing environment without jeopardizing food safety. Follow company policies, safety standards, and company procedures.Collaborate with other trade groups to complete project assignments. Carry out other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager. Qualifications

Millwright license. Proven experience on process equipment in a manufacturing setting. Food industry or high‑speed packaging experience. Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Welding experience is an asset. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience with boiler, refrigeration, and air‑handling systems is an asset. Electrical experience is an asset. PLC training and experience is an asset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of self‑motivation and initiative. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Dependable with a good attendance and safety record in the current position. Available for afternoon and night shifts, weekends, and overtime as required. Available to switch shifts at short notice to replace absent workers. Benefits
