Manufacturing Engineering Technologist (Stratford), Stratford South

Overview

Cleanfix North America Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist to support the integration of smart manufacturing technologies and automation into our production and product development processes. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, this role is a key contributor to both the engineering and manufacturing teams, with a focus on optimizing production workflows, and supporting the implementation of Industry initiatives.Responsibilities

Implement tools to support manufacturing automation, data collection, and process optimization Collaborate with other mechanical designers to integrate controllers, sensors, and embedded systems into Cleanfix products Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing and equipment integrationSupport the design and deployment of custom applications for internal use (e.g., dashboards, testing tools, configuration utilities) Requirements&Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related field Experience with PLC programming is an asset Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred) Experience with manufacturing systems, automation, and lean manufacturing principles Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approachExcellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid passport and Ontario driver’s license; access to a reliable vehicle Willingness to be a long‑term contributor and robust team member within a stable and growing organizationPay

$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Benefits
