Customer Service Assistant Healthcare At Home Elk HaH - 17479, St. Mary's

Position Summary Customer Service Assistant will function as a member of the Customer Service team to manage all referrals for home health and hospice from a variety of sources including email, phone, fax, Ensocare, Careport, and other Referral Management Systems (RMS). The CS Assistant will review all referrals to assess basic eligibility for HH and Hospice and to ensure completeness. He/She will perform data entry of referral into the PHH at Home EMR, with oversight by licensed nursing personnel (LPN CS Specialist or CS Supervisor).

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Six months to one year relevant medical experience and/or training or a combination of both.

Skills: General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and excellent telephone etiquette.

Preferred Experience

Home health or hospice experience preferred.
