We are looking for a proactive individual to lead health and safety initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulations. In this full-time role, you will conduct inspections, improve processes, and promote a safe workplace culture. Your expertise in Occupational Health&Safety will be key in identifying risks and advocating for continuous improvement in safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct safety audits and investigations • Promote continuous safety improvement initiatives • Ensure WSIB compliance across the facility • Facilitate joint Health and Safety Committee meetings • Provide safety training to employees

Requirements:• Occupational Health&Safety certification• 3-5 years in die casting machining environments • Knowledge of the Ontario Health&Safety Act• Training in Environmental legislation preferred • Health&Safety Professional designation an asset
