Join Kent Building Supplies as a Sales Associate in our Garden Centre for the busy Spring/Summer season of 2026. This part-time to full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals available for part-time or full-time shifts, including weekends and evenings. You will engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure a well-maintained store environment. Your proactive attitude will contribute to our mission of excellent service and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:• Guide customer interactions with confidence • Provide superior service adhering to our sales model • Maintain store standards, including merchandising • Load and unload materials as needed • Complete necessary product knowledge training
Requirements:• Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs safely • CSA-approved steel-toed footwear required • Flexible availability for rotating shifts • Must be at least 16 years old
