The Opportunity
Join our Finance team to enable EY client account teams and management to run the business effectively. You’ll help to improve engagement profitability, manage enterprise‑wide risk, and support market development activities. You will support EY planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis, or help EY people manage day‑to‑day activities such as administering engagements, pricing and budgeting, time and expense review, or invoicing. You will also work with other parts of our organization, sharing your financial insights to drive better outcomes.Your Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the CSE to provide pricing support and develop planned metrics. Collaborate with CSEs and cross‑functional teams throughout pursuit, client acceptance, and engagement processes to ensure records contain accurate and up‑to‑date information. Develop client and engagement economic measures.Create and monitor possible economic scenarios for specific engagements. Perform analysis of inventory balances, monitor overall inventory levels and aging, and report findings to the CSE and management. Process adjustments to revenue based on regular discussions with CSEs on budget updates and solid understanding of internal systems.Monitor client invoicing and collections, structure best practices, and proactively encourage billing for out‑of‑scope work. Collaborate with the collection specialist and CSEs to ensure proper collection activities. Perform special projects and ad hoc requests. Skills and Attributes for Success
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to influence and persuade others. Strong balance of interpersonal and analytical skills. Effective multitasking and prioritization skills. What We Look For
Business‑oriented B.A. (or equivalent) with 3–4 years of work experience, or a graduate business degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel. Professional competency in English; bilingualism in French and English is an asset.What We Offer
