Shape project outcomes as a Project Controls Advisor. Utilize financial analysis and strategic reporting to facilitate effective project management and budget adherence in a dynamic office setting.
With a focus on collaboration and proactive communication, this role enhances accountability and accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a background in project controls and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities encompass everything from preparing monthly financial statements to assisting with compliance in project document controls.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop timely earned value and variance reports • Collaborate in project budgeting and estimation processes • Assist in document control for project specifications • Provide insights on financial project matters • Ensure communication between stakeholders is effective
Requirements:• Minimum 5 years in project controls or assistant roles • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel • Familiarity with Financial/Cost systems desired • Degree in business or related field preferred
