Key Responsibilities:• Direct all phases of mine water management projects • Develop, calibrate, and review water balance models • Ensure effective design of water management infrastructure • Lead regulatory submissions and technical reviews • Mentor junior staff and cultivate technical excellence

Requirements:• 8–12 years of relevant experience in water management • Degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences • Expertise in hydrologic modeling tools (HEC-HMS, GoldSim) • Experience with environmental assessments and permitting • Strong communication skills for client interactions
