Your Responsibilities

You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a“friends first” mindset. (What’s the AEO Selling Model? Don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.)

You are passionate about AE&Aerie products, educating guests on product details, and making product suggestions that fit their needs.

You share the brand love, introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.

You can handle various zones—Salesfloor, Cash&Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom—flexibly as needed.

You are an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy.

You are a team player, always willing to assist your team in getting the job done.

You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.

You have prior retail experience.
