Key Responsibilities:• Ensure project delivery aligns with Stantec’s standards • Mentor and lead teams of project managers effectively • Recommend enhancements for project execution and control • Promote Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental protocols • Support business development and proposal alignment

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience • Leadership experience exceeding 5 years • Expertise in managing complex multidisciplinary projects • Strong knowledge of contract management and business operations • Proficient in relevant project management tools
