Key Responsibilities:• Issue cheques and process manufacturer's invoices • Maintain daily licensing sheets and follow up on discrepancies • Organize email documents and manage Google Drive archives • Check for unposted transactions and assist with reconciliations • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:• 3-5 years of accounting administration experience • Degree or diploma in Business or Accounting preferred • Advanced computer and Microsoft application skills • Experience with CDK and 180 Dealer software an asset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
