Recreation Infrastructure Technician St. Albert

The City of St. Albert is looking for a qualified Recreation Infrastructure Technician to support the Recreation&Parks department. Reporting to the Recreation Infrastructure Coordinator, you will perform maintenance and repairs on essential recreational equipment including HVAC systems and aquatics infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in public facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and repair recreational facility equipment • Perform HVAC system upkeep and repair • Oversee aquatics infrastructure maintenance • Conduct routine building maintenance tasks • Collaborate with the Recreation Infrastructure Coordinator

Requirements:• High School Diploma and 3 years of related experience • Preferred Swimming Pool Operator Level 1 certification • Asset: Building maintenance/Operations Certificate • Facility Management Certificate is a plus • Considered combinations of education and experience
