As our Accounts Receivable Manager, you are the behind the scenes of our practice—ensuring money is collected, managing preauthorization's, nurturing patient relationships, and supporting both fellow administrators and front‑end workflows with precision and care. Key Responsibilities

Insurance Claims Management Patient Billing and Collections Payment Posting and Reconciliation Insurance Verification Support Denial and Appeals Management Aging Report Oversight Financial Reporting Compliance Documentation Ideal Qualifications

Prior experience working as a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator in a dental office Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Strong administrative skills, including multitasking and organizing complex schedules Detail‑oriented with impeccable organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with Cleardent software is a definite plus What We Offer
