Canna Cabana is actively seeking Part Time Shift Leaders in St. Albert Trail, Alberta CA who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals ready to take on leadership responsibilities. Job Types
Part‑time, Permanent. Responsibilities
Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating the daily store operations. Act in place of the Store Manager in the absence of SM or ASM. Assist in personnel management and resolve customer service issues as needed. Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all store associates.Ensure store conditions meet established standards. Assist in achieving adequate staffing levels for business needs. Serve as the sales and customer service leader/role model. Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct for staff. Ensure company policies and relevant legislation are consistently upheld by all staff members.Handle customer complaints, escalating to appropriate individuals when necessary. Ensure health, safety, and security regulations are adhered to on shift. Achieve sales targets and store‑level KPIs. Ensure employees on shift pursue sales goals. Oversee and assist in inventory management and be accountable for inventory processes on shift.Qualifications
Valid SellSafe certification. Completion of high school and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience (Cannabis industry preferred). First Aid certification is considered an asset. Excellent time‑management and prioritizing skills. Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff.Basic office administration skills. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Highly effective teamwork skills. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. Diplomatic and professional, responsive, positive work attitude.Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and at different locations. Benefits
