KidStrong Camp Coaches Needed, St. Albert

Join KidStrong this summer as a Camp Coach and engage with kids in a fun and impactful environment. Flexible shifts are available with training provided to ensure you shine throughout the season.

KidStrong is searching for energetic Camp Coaches for its summer camps running Monday through Friday. You can choose from morning shifts (8:30 AM– 12:30 PM), afternoon shifts (12:30 PM – 4:15 PM), or both. This role offers an opportunity to grow into a permanent coaching position at KidStrong while having a blast.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead engaging activities for kids aged walking to 11 years • Foster a positive environment for learning and play • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members • Participate in training and development programs • Maintain the safety and well-being of all campers

Requirements:• Love for coaching and working with kids • Availability for at least 6 of the 8 summer months • High energy and enthusiasm • Strong teamwork skills • Prior experience with kids preferred but not required
