Key Responsibilities:• Engage and greet patients warmly at the clinic • Perform essential pre-testing to support eye health • Assist patients in selecting suitable eyewear • Interpret optical prescriptions for patient clarity • Coordinate billing and appointment scheduling

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of experience in the optical field • CCOA designation is a plus • Proficient in technology and MS Office applications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
