Client Development Specialist– HUB Warranty The Client Development Specialist is responsible for growing our business by targeting and assisting prospective builders in the new home construction industry. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a network of builders, trades, suppliers, and other industry resourcesto increase value for our clients and represent HUB Warranty’s warranty, liability, and construction insurance products.
Responsibilities
Acquire new clients as member builders with the warranty program.
Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Maintain proper insurance licensing.
Attend and participate in industry events.
Provide availability after hours to assist clients with immediate needs.
Travel to serve clients across all regional areas (some travel required).
Qualifications
Desired: Level 2 general insurance license (not required for hire, but a condition of continuous employment).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Insurance, sales, and/or construction background is an asset.
Required experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Department: Sales.
Required travel: No travel required (travel may be required for client service).
Compensation&Benefits
Salary range: $55,000– $75,000 (dependent on skills, experience and location).
Benefits: Extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching program, paid‑time‑off, eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
Employment Conditions The employment offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
