Support the delivery of an Emergent Curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children Foster children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development Maintain accurate daily documentation, health checks, and safety standards Assist with classroom transitions and daily routinesCollaborate with families and external professionals such as Speech and Occupational Therapists Step in to support classrooms as needed and contribute to a positive team environment Participate in required training sessions and team meetings when scheduled What You Bring

Valid Alberta ECE Certification Standard Child Care First Aid&CPR Level B Clear Criminal Record Check&Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within the last 3 months) Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused approach Flexibility and reliability to work on an on‑call basis Ability to lift and/or support up to 45 lbs Why Join Kids&Company?
