Key Responsibilities:• Greet incoming visitors and guide them appropriately • Obtain and process necessary information for customer service • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently • Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities • Perform data entry tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:• Secondary school graduation certificate • 2 years of related experience in a clerical role • Familiarity with database software and electronic schedulers • Bilingual in English or French preferred • Availability for 30 to 40 hours per week
