Nolinor is looking for a Flight Attendant Supervisor. This role is for someone who knows our operations, understands the realities on the ground, and is ready to take on a concrete leadership role. The duration of the engagement is open to discussion— permanent position or contract — depending on the profile and aspirations of the selected candidate. This is not an administrative position. It is a role of presence, influence and mobilization. The chosen person will be the link between management and the cabin crew team: they will explain, bring people together and act.Responsibilities

Mobilize and unite the team: create a climate of trust and belonging. Ensure each member feels heard, valued and informed. Put team spirit back at the center. Be present on the floor: meet with teams, understand their operational issues and intervene at the right time. This role is performed on the floor, not behind a screen.Bridge management and the field: convey decisions clearly and in context. Explain the reasons behind decisions, demystify and maintain an open dialogue between the two levels of the organization. Take initiative and structure your actions: identify issues, establish an action plan, prioritize and implement measures. We expect someone who determines what needs to be done and moves it forward.Support cabin team management: in support of the deputy director of cabin: performance monitoring, evaluations, onboarding new members and ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures. Leadership: influence and guide the team by example and credibility. Mobilization: foster collective engagement and a sense of belonging. Interpersonal communication: adapt your message, name things clearly, maintain an open dialogue. Initiative: identify issues, propose concrete solutions and take action.Relationship management: build trust, navigate team dynamics and defuse tensions. Requirements

Flight attendant qualification is not required. What matters is knowledge of Nolinor's operations, leadership and the ability to act. Knowledge of Nolinor operations or a similar operational environment. Leadership through influence: ability to mobilize, unite and set clear expectations. Sense of initiative and organizational skills in a constantly changing environment.Clear and direct communication, including in delicate exchanges. Rigor, judgment and a sense of responsibility. Adherence to Nolinor's values: safety, team spirit, adaptability and solution-seeking. Be bilingual (French and English) to communicate effectively with employees from different bases.Benefits
