What You’ll Do: As a REALTOR® with Park Realty, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and referral partners

Prospect for new business and generate leads through networking, follow-up, and relationship building

Guide clients through the buying and selling process from start to finish

Conduct listing presentations, buyer consultations, and property showings

Negotiate contracts and offers with professionalism and confidence

Stay informed on local market conditions, inventory, and pricing strategies

Deliver a high level of service and communication throughout every transaction

Build your personal brand while leveraging the support and credibility of Park Realty

Collaborate with our team on strategy, marketing, and growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is:

A licensed REALTOR® in Alberta, or someone close to completing their REALTOR® license

Self‑motivated, driven, and growth‑oriented

Professional, polished, and confident with clients

Strong in communication, relationship‑building, and follow‑up

Honest, coachable, and accountable

Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team

Motivated to grow their business and personal brand

Passionate about delivering a standout client experience

Familiar with Sherwood Park, Edmonton, and surrounding markets (preferred)

Social media confident and comfortable being part of modern marketing (preferred)
