This role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and enhancing our overall quality delivery to customers. * Support cross-functional teams by analyzing non-conformance reports (NCRs) to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions.* Engage with teams across departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and production administration to streamline processes and remove obstacles, ensuring optimal customer-focused outcomes.* Track and analyze non-conformance trends, compiling data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Foster a culture of accountability and integrity by consistently meeting and exceeding internal and external customer expectations.* Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.* Collaborate with team members to promote trust and diverse perspectives, enabling innovative problem-solving and team success.* Participate in and facilitate internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.**What We Look For*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.* Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.* Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving.* Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management systems.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Preferred:* Experience with ISO 9001 standards and compliance.* Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six SigmaJoin us and thrive in a collaborative environment where your voice and ideas are valued.
