Building Materials Sales Advisor, Waterville

Responsibilities

Greet customers and discuss product features, quality, and quantities available

Provide after-sales service by building customer loyalty, handling complaints, and following up on deliveries when required

Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product advice in-store and over the phone

Prepare quotes by calculating quantities required for customer projects

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Participate in merchandising, promotions, and product displays

Conditions&Requirements

Previous retail sales experience preferred

Strong basic math skills

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers

Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities

General knowledge of construction materials and hardware products

English proficiency is an asset

Dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented attitude

Ability to serve customers quickly and accurately
