R&D Laboratory Technician (Sherbrooke)

You will play an essential role in conducting laboratory tests and analyzing results as a Research and Development Laboratory Technician. Your support will actively contribute to product performance and manufacturing process optimization.At the heart of our innovations, you will handle research, calculations, and analysis. Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory tests for product development and optimization. Manage laboratory approvals for raw materials. Analyze results and provide technical recommendations. Support internal R&D projects and resolve non-conformities. Maintain technical documentation and participate in production testing. Contribute to continuous improvement and validation of new formulations. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. Coordinate with maintenance department for equipment support, repair, and maintenance.Qualifications

DEC in a relevant field and/or equivalent training and/or experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. Rigorous work ethic. Strong ability to understand, interpret, and explain regulatory standards and technical specifications (ASTM, ISO, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual in English and French (4/5). Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Preferred Assets
