Key Responsibilities:• Serve as a key communication contact for executives • Optimize schedules for effective meeting preparation • Coordinate all aspects of meetings and events • Aid in annual budgeting and expense management • Handle travel logistics for domestic and international trips

Requirements:• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience • Bilingual in French and English for effective communication • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Proven organizational and planning abilities • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills
