Adaptability and initiative are crucial as you prioritize tasks andengage in preventative measures to enhance facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor building and medical systems regularly • Respond promptly to demand work orders • Execute preventative maintenance on all facility equipment • Use independent judgment for determining work priorities • Participate in scheduled building inspections and repairs

Requirements:• Minimum two years in a maintenance position • Experience in electrical, carpentry, or HVAC • Completed grade twelve education or equivalent • Class 5 driver’s license with insured vehicle • Ability to meet physical job demands
