You will partner in delivering culturally meaningful advocacy and case management, ensuring a holistic approach. Your responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, organizing community outreach, and developing effective prevention measures.

Key Responsibilities:• Cultivate an understanding of Innu history and culture • Build partnerships across various health service sectors • Implement and evaluate case management for families • Design community prevention programs and communications • Attend and support community-focused events

Requirements:• Social work degree with NLCSW or equivalent registration • Experience preferred in Indigenous communities • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Insight into colonial impacts and trauma on families • Valid Driver's License required
