The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide
General Building Maintenance Services
under a monthly hourly retainer arrangement, with additional hours billed as required.
The intent of this RFP is to establish a reliable, on‑call maintenance provider to support the ongoing upkeep, safety and functionality of our office building located at 610 Tamarack Drive in Labrador City, NL.
