As the Community Development Program Lead reporting to the First Nation Manager, you will coordinate land-based programming and provide operational support for community initiatives. With strong focus on skills development and cultural learning, your leadership will ensure efficient delivery of services that resonate with community needs.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee Community Garden, Sugar Bush, and Cattle programs • Support and mentor Community Development Coordinators • Manage Community Development budget transparently • Develop and implement seasonal workplans • Foster community connections through land-based initiatives

Requirements:• Diploma in Community Development or related field • 3 years in community-based programming • Experience in senior/coordination roles • Knowledge of First Nation governance • Valid driver's license with liability insurance
