Key Responsibilities:• Perform routine and specialized lab tests accurately • Organize workflow for optimal performance standards • Troubleshoot and report equipment issues to supervisors • Ensure cleanliness of the laboratory and workspaces • Participate in ongoing staff and student training sessions

Requirements:• Certification from CSMLS and registration with CMLTO • Strong knowledge in Hematology and Biochemistry • Proven problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure scenarios • Recent Core Laboratory experience preferred
