Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate and enhance existing training methodologies • Coordinate design and development for learning units • Engage with Subject Matter Experts for insightful content • Publish training documentation in multiple formats • Explore innovative learning technologies for design

Requirements:• Degree or certification in training design • Three years in instructional design focused on adult learners • E-learning development experience with preferred software • Solid project management expertise • Fluency in French and English is an asset
