Local Freight Forklift Operator at Rheinland, Saskatoon

Rheinland Transportation Ltd. is hiring a Local Freight Forklift Operator to facilitate the efficient movement of freight in a customer-focused environment.

As a family-run long haul trucking company, Rheinland specializes in moving Super B Flatbed freight across western Canada and parts of the NW USA. This role encompasses yard duties including the movement of LTL and full load freight, load securement, and local deliveries along with light maintenance of equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:• Transport LTL and full load freight within the yard • Ensure securement and tarping of loads for safety • Perform various yard duties and tasks • Deliver and load local freight to customer locations • Conduct basic maintenance on forklifts and equipment

Requirements:• Must have a valid 1A license with a clean abstract • Previous forklift and transportation experience preferred • Emphasis on customer service in all interactions • Capability to maintain yard equipment responsibly • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency
