Be the face of the Town of Kindersley by becoming a part-time Corporate Services Assistant. Experience in customer service and administrative support is essential to thrive in this role.
The Town of Kindersley is looking for a dedicated individual to enhance its Administration Office. You will provide front-line services, assisting the public with inquiries while delivering crucial clerical support across various corporate functions. Key tasks include processing payments, managing permits, and aiding management with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:• Serve customers in person, by phone, and through email • Process payments and perform cash receipting • Assist management with necessary administrative functions • Handle applications, licenses, and tax certificates • Manage office supplies and daily office deposit activities
Requirements:• Relevant post-secondary education is an advantage • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
