What We Offer:
Salary: 25 CAD Per Hour plus unlimited commission
Job Type: Permanent
Shift: Monday– Friday
What You'll Do:
Identify and target new business opportunities within Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to build a strong client pipeline.
Conduct cold calls, emails, networking, and in‑person meetings to generate leads.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision‑makers.
Present and promote recruitment services to prospective clients.
Negotiate service agreements and close new business deals.
Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
Understand client hiring needs and workforce challenges.
Establish the company's presence and brand in the Saskatoon market.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in staffing/recruitment or service‑based sales is a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of a territory.
Results‑driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
