Proactive Material Handler for Heavy-Duty Equipment Production, Saskatoon

Drive production efficiency as a proactive Material Handler. Ensure parts are accurately processed and delivered to keep operations running smoothly.

In this role, you will be integral to the shop floor operation, responsible for managing parts supply efficiently. As a Material Handler, your duties include facilitating inventory flow, ensuring cleanliness of parts, and collaborating with various teams to meet production goals while upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Retrieve and deliver correct parts to production locations • Maintain accuracy in part transactions throughout the process • Transport waste bins and chip-bins daily • Initiate reports for any part cleanliness issues • Provide general assistance to production efforts

Requirements:• Familiarity with the manufacturing and procurement process • Strong adherence to safety regulations and procedures • Ability to work effectively with others • Contribution to continuous improvement efforts • Effective communication and teamwork skills
