We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individual to supervise the Night Shift. The essential functions of the job include:

Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers

ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the flow of work throughout the production floor

Delegate and adjust workloads to ensure requirements are met

Train new employees in proper safety and work procedures

Night Shift Schedule 5:25 pm to 3:55 am

Education and Experience

High school diploma of GED

Post-secondary Education in Manufacturing or Agricultural and/or Trade Certificate

3-7 years experience working in a manufacturing environment

3-8 years of Supervisory experience

2-4 years working experience of welding techniques, and a working knowledge of paint and assembly procedures

Forklift certification

Leadership training
