Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join the Customer Service team at our Saskatoon, SK branch. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with a variety of financial activities, such as making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will help customers identify their financial needs and provide the best solution through FNBC’s products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures. This is a full‑time permanent opportunity.Responsibilities
Assist customers with a variety of financial activities, including making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. Identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate FNBC products and services. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies and procedures.Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to use a calculator, computer, and Microsoft Office. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Experience with financial institution software systems preferred.Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience preferred. Acceptable criminal and credit checks. About You
You are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service. You have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and are adaptable, professional, and efficient while enjoying working with others.
