Key Account Manager We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build strong partnerships with new clients while optimizing our existing customer base.
This is an individual contributor role.
Ideally, you reside in Saskatoon.
Your Challenge Play a leading role in maintaining business relationships with our clients by optimizing their accounts and developing new opportunities, as well as acquiring new customers.
Your Responsibilities
Develop a strong and trusting relationship with assigned clients
Leverage untapped opportunities, identify client thresholds, and generate organic revenue growth
Manage accounts to ensure SPI delivers the highest level of required service
Collaborate with the SPI team to ensure all client issues are resolved
Manage communications between key accounts and internal support teams
What We Are Looking For
Experience in industrial product sales
Experience with health and safety products and solutions is an asset
Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
Ability to work independently from a home office
Valid driver’s license
