We are looking for a Paver and Screed Operator to join our paving crew, where experience with paving operations and compaction is key. Successful candidates will contribute to high-quality road construction across highways in the region.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate paving equipment and oversee operations • Collaborate with the crew during paving projects • Maintain safety protocols throughout tasks • Help manage equipment maintenance and inspections • Execute proper asphalt placement and finishing

Requirements:• At least 2 years of experience with paving machines • Familiarity with construction sites and roadwork • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50lbs • Ability to work outdoors in various conditions • Proven commitment to safety practices
