In this vital position, you'll facilitate engaging training sessions that prepare employees to deliver outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining training content while also managing assessments to monitor effectiveness. Collaborate with team leaders to ensure that the training curriculum aligns with business objectives and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead training sessions for new RMO employees • Create and maintain updated instructional materials • Organize quarterly training focused on key competencies • Assess participant performance and understanding • Collaborate with business leaders on training improvement
Requirements:• High school diploma or GED is required; higher degree preferred • 1-2 years of related training experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to engage and manage classroom environments • Flexibility in adapting training methods
