The Ensuite by Emco Saskatoon is growing— and we’re building more than just a new showroom. We’re creating a premium destination for luxury kitchen and bath design in Saskatoon, supported by a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to elevate both the customer experience and the way we work.
We’re looking for a Showroom Consultant who is polished, motivated, and excited to be part of something being re‑built from the ground up.
You don’t need industry experience. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and desire to grow. Job Description What You’ll Do
Deliver an elevated, luxury‑level customer experience
Guide clients through product selections for kitchens, bathrooms, and custom spaces
Build strong relationships with designers, builders, and discerning homeowners
Create quotes, manage orders, and oversee projects from start to finish
Stay organized while managing multiple client timelines
Develop deep product knowledge (with full training and support)
Contribute to the presentation and standards of a high‑end showroom
Take pride in your work and ownership of your client experience
This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who Is:
Polished, professional, and confident with clients
Naturally organized and detail‑oriented
Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow
Passionate about design, beautiful spaces, and premium brands
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
A strong communicator who values relationships
Experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, design, or sales is a strong asset.
Plumbing or showroom experience is welcome but not required. We train the right person.

Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
A minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or sales; plumbing, kitchen or bathroom showroom sales preferred
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of products on display at the Showroom, able to suggest appropriate product to suit customers’ needs and promote the value‑added services
Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
Excellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates
Able to identify customer needs, provide solutions and close the sale
Possess excellent project management skills
Able to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders
Preferred Skills
Previous experience with or knowledge of products sold in the plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showrooms
Additional Information Salary Range - $38,000-$44,000
