Job Title Customer Service Associate– Full Time and Part Time

Responsibilities Customer Service Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. The role involves welcoming shoppers, assisting with purchases and returns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Team members also help donors with scanning and processing donated items.
