Empower staff safety at the Saskatchewan Health Authority in Saskatoon as a Consultant. This temporary full-time position is integral in applying safety standards and enhancing health practices.
Reporting to the Manager, you will implement safety practices and ensure adherence to health regulations. This role requires the application of SHA Management System principles in all aspects of safety and quality improvement within the organization. Your efforts will elevate patient and staff safety while effectively managing quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities:• Strengthen health safety practices across the SHA • Implement the SHA Management System effectively • Ensure compliance with health regulations and legislation • Promote quality through improvement methodologies • Address client safety concerns promptly
Requirements:• Experience within healthcare settings • Relevant discipline experience in safety roles • Bachelor's degree or diploma in health-related field • Valid Class 5 driver's license essential • Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
